Sometimes, it’s a genuine mistake and we do end up locating the item that they need. But most of the time, it ends up being a case of “WELL MY SISTER SAID YOU SOLD IT HERE, I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU DON’T HAVE IT, YOU’RE WALMART YOU SHOULD SELL EVERYTHING.”
